印度北部查谟克什米尔邦的帕哈格姆景区于 4 月 22 日发生恐怖袭击事件，造成至少 26 名游客和平民死亡，20 多人受伤。藏人行政中央司政在闻悉消息后向罹难者表达了哀悼并声援印度人民。
在得知这一噩耗后，藏人行政中央司政边巴次仁于 4 月 24 日在官方 X 帐户上推文写道：“ 我们对近日在印度克什米尔发生的恐怖袭击事件深感悲痛。我代表藏人行政中央向罹难者及其家属表达沉痛的哀悼，并祈祷伤者早日康复。”
司政进一步表示，西藏人民与印度政府及人民同在，并在这艰难时刻与印度人民一同祈祷，共同坚强面对挑战。
